I have a secret... I love fringe! But wait, you all knew that already! It was definitely love at first sight when I saw this Fringe Skirt. I wore it out to dinner with the hubby, while we were in The Maldives. I love the way it sways from side to side with each step. The color was also definitely a win win for me.
